How do Coucou Coffee/Bobarista and Coucou Bikes operate together?

Coucou Coffee/Bobarista is our coffee brand, while Coucou Bikes is our bicycle brand. we share similar values and commitments to providing high-quality products and services. Additionally, Coucou Coffee/Bobarista will serve as the offline experience store for Coucou Bikes, where you can schedule test rides and also pick up your orders in person.

Why choose Coucou Bikes?

We are authorized retail points for RAEV and HYPER GOGO in Canada, offering offline services. Besides ordering bikes, you can also purchase maintenance and replacement parts from us. We have offline pickup points and offer test ride services. We regularly hold offline events and organize online community groups for enthusiasts to gather and share experiences. Compared to businesses with only online sales, we are more trustworthy.

How can I experience test rides at Coucou Coffee/Bobarista?

For our test ride service, please refer to our Test Ride Guide. Please note that before test riding, you are required to sign a test ride waiver. You must bring your own helmet and protective gear and assume responsibility for your actions while riding. We are not liable for any accidents, falls, injuries, or fatalities that may occur during your ride.

How do I pick up my order after placing it?

Under normal circumstances, we will ship your order within 2 business days from the date of purchase. The estimated delivery time is typically 5-7 business days (excluding special holidays). You can always reach out to us via email to track your order. Please note that you should pick up your order only after receiving the "ready for pick up" notification and our confirmation email.

How long does it take for orders to be shipped?

Under normal circumstances, we will ship your order within 2 business days from the date of purchase. The estimated delivery time is generally 5-7 business days (excluding special holidays). After your order is shipped, we will send you the tracking number via email, allowing you to track your order status.

Why am I unable to make payment, experiencing payment failure, or facing order cancellation or refund processing?

If your order fails to complete payment, experiences payment failure, or is canceled with refund, it may be due to your chosen payment method being flagged by our system as potentially fraudulent, resulting in automatic classification as a high-risk order. In the event that your ordering activity is marked as a high-risk order by our system, when you attempt to place the order a second time, we may request additional identity verification from you.

How long does it take for refunds to be processed?

According to Shopify's refund policy, The refund is marked as Pending for up to 2 business days. However, it can take up to 10 business days for your to receive the refunded amount.

How do I obtain warranty for bicycles purchased from Coucou Bikes?

During the warranty period, please refer to RAEV & HYPERGOGO's warranty agreement. If the warranty period has expired, you can order the replacement parts you need from us for self-replacement.
